Lagoon mansions, 7BR+. AED 30M–80M+. The most actively transacting newer segment in the AED 100M+ band.
Business Bay / Bugatti Residences
The Sky Mansion penthouses at Bugatti Residences trade at AED 130M–550M+ — branded apartments rather than villas, but worth flagging as part of the ultra-prime trophy market.
