Top Golf Course Community Projects Coming To Abu Dhabi In 2026

1. Yas Acres expansions, Yas Island (Aldar)

Yas Acres has matured into one of the most desirable golf and waterfront communities in the capital, wrapped around the Yas Links course which itself ranks inside the global top 100. The 2026 pipeline includes new fairway villa releases and a final phase of golf view townhouses that are expected to be tightly held.

2. Saadiyat Reserve, Saadiyat Island (Aldar)

Saadiyat Reserve sits next to Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, the Gary Player designed course that has anchored Saadiyat for over a decade. New villa and mansion plots facing the course are scheduled through 2026, and these are some of the most prestigious addresses in Abu Dhabi.

3. Hudayriyat Island golf community (Modon)

Modon's Hudayriyat masterplan includes a new championship golf course wrapped by ultra prime villas and townhouses. Launch phases are expected to roll through 2026 and this is arguably the most ambitious new golf community in the country.

4. Fahid Island golf adjacent villas (Aldar)

Fahid Island, between Saadiyat and Yas, brings a new ultra low density island masterplan with a golf and beach club component. The early villa releases have already attracted serious local and international interest.

5. Al Hudayriyat Equestrian and Golf District (Modon)

Linked to the wider Hudayriyat plan but worth calling out separately. A combined equestrian and golf district with a small number of ultra prime estate plots, aimed at the very top of the market.

6. Reem Hills, Reem Island (Q Holding and Modon)

Not a traditional golf community but a gated low rise community with significant green space, walking trails and a country club feel. The 2026 final phases are expected to be the most landscape led of the masterplan.

7. Al Jubail Island country estates (Lead Development)

A quieter, mangrove and golf adjacent community on Al Jubail Island. Lower density, larger plots, and the new 2026 releases lean into a country estate aesthetic that is rare in the UAE.

Why golf communities outperform

Three reasons. Supply is finite, the lifestyle anchor never depreciates, and the buyer pool is dominated by end users rather than flippers. That mix tends to produce lower volatility on the way down and stronger resale premiums on the way up.
